The numbers so far seem to have a slant in lost carrier against the
long-distance PRI we have (pulled from another CO). 22.97% of calls on this
POP were CCC or Lost Carrier versus 11.92% of the other POP, and there's
only a very small ISDN service using the ANSA POP. But isn't Lost Carrier a
normal Win 95 disconnect?
