(PM) Re: chap authentication errors

I emailed last week I think about RadiusNT logging CHAP authentication
errors even though I had chap set off on the PM3... well I just discovered
that pap was also set off, so it was defaulting to chap, I guess! With pap
set on and chap still set off, it works great!
