Support tickets should be opened on this one.
But some time ago I did see similar effects at a customer.
I can't remember if that was ComOS 3.7 or 3.8, but the solution was to move
them to ComOS 3.8.2
They have never had a problem since, (>2 months).
The problem was known about and was specifically fixed in ComOS 3.8.2 (ComOS
3.8 might have the fix in it though)
But saying this, you might have a different problem, which may be down to
config.
