Are you saying you are sorry that this asshole is gone??, what was wrong
with your customer support that he finds it necessary to mention it??, Gosh
$10 cheaper too, this guy has it great now, of course I think you failed to
mention the customers you got who couldn't connect to those tnt's now didn't
you??.
Lousy service, poor support, all because of those crappy pm-3's, below
please find a letter from a former customer that I guarantee most of us will
never see.
Dear Former ISP,
Although you tried to convince me that my modem was at fault for my poor
connections I didn't believe you and now I've opened an account over at
brand y isp. Wow! you certainly were right!! I can't connect to anyone
reliably??, You did tell me the my computer mfg ( insert name here) probably
only spent around $20 on my modem but I argued that surely (insert name
here ) a well known computer mfg such as (insert name here) would insure
that all parts of my new (insert name here) were only the highest quality
available. Now I am convinced, my (lt,hcf, newcom, pctel) modem really is a
piece of shit and I want you to know as soon as I can afford to put a real
modem in my (insert name here)I will be coming back as you were the only one
who had the balls to be honest with me.
The point is you will gain and lose customers every day based on many
factors, your equipment ,their equipment, your location, their location etc.
I don't think you will lose any more customers because of the pm-3 than any
other ras.
Below is an email from one of my ex-customers received today after
canceling his account last month:
