(PM) PM3 Siezing Outbound Trunks???

I just got off the phone with the CO tech here, and he was telling me that
he's seeing our PM3's sieze outbound trunk's every now and then (approx. 10
times a day) and then send no further info, so the switch drops the outbound
call and registers an error. These units are NEVER used to dial out with;
only inbound calls from the customer.

I'm going to have our CT1's (20 in this location) changed to allow only
one-way calls, but this is still kind of strange that it happens at all.
Anybody know what could cause the PM3 to essentially pick up the phone on
it's own?
