Read the OpenISP stuff at WebTV. It is very simple, sell them a
dialin *only* account. When they set the webtv up, after it updates
itself and sets up a webtv account you just tell it to do an ISP based
connection and it takes care of it. (There are no local WebTV dialins, so
we have alot ov WebTV based customers)
NOTE, the customer *must* maintain there account with WebTV Inc., though
they get a discounted rate for using an outside dialin. They do not need
local emai/etc from the ISP, they are just dialing in, and all traffic
from the webtv is to/from the webtv central servers.

As folks might have suspected, not much survives except roaches,
and they don't carry large enough packets fast enough...
