No, this is definately not the case. The PM came with 4.0.1 which I
configured Radius. I haven't touched anything since the original config
except to upgrade to 4.0.3 (which obviously involved a reboot).
I'm also very carefull to do save all when I change anything (owned PMs
for 3 years now).
