1. It has to be an ISDN line. The PM can only get this info from BRI or
PRI connections. It is supposed to be available in CT1/CE1 - someday. Don't
wait for it on async ports, there is no standard for that.
2. You have to have this item in your RADIUS dictionary. Any modern RADIUS
server SHOULD have this.
3. The telco needs to send this info to you, it isn't always on by default.
