(PM) PRIs from Different Telcos

We are transitioning from one telco to the other and for now, have two PRIs
in our last PM3 from separate telcos (one old BellSouth, one new KMC). Once
we get all of our users over to the new number, we will have all PRIs from
KMC.
Before we started changing over, everybody was connecting to us just peachy.
Now, connecting thru the old PRI is erratic at best, especially ISDN
connections that once were rock-solid. ISDN customers are connecting and
getting dead air; dial-ups are having to dial 3-4-5 times before they
connect.
Can't the PM3 handle PRIs from different carriers? What else might it be?
