(PM) Errors on the line?

If I have a Window up to monitor errors on a PM3, at what point should I be
concerned over errors that are occuring?

I am assuming that some amount of errors are acceptable over time...but I
am not sure where "the line" needs to be drawn.

Over the last few hours, I seem to be getting some Bipolar Errors and CRC
Errors...26 at the moment...
