If he using TCP/IP internally? If not, remove that binding. Then verify
the settings of the TCP/IP for the dialup adapter.

Let's see, disable DNS, disable WINS, no gateway, no ip address, which
should be by default. Oh, and make sure in the DUN connectiod under
server types that all check marks except next to tcp/ip are off. then
under TCP/IP settings for the connectiod everything is server assigned.
