(PM) Protecting a pm against Power Problems

Just a quick question. What is everybody using to protect their PM3's from
power fluctuations. I don't need a UPS, as the whole building is protected
from power outage. The switch happens fast enough that a PC won't even
drop, the only problem is that the power when running on backup is a little
higher then the stuff we get commercially. I want some kind of power
conditioner that I can mount in the rack near the PMS. If it could also be
used with our switches and routers that would be a bonus.

TIA,

Patrick
