Thanks for the direct answer John, but it has left me wondering about a
few things:

Does Lucent RABU consider this to be a serious bug?

Will it be fixed in the next ComOS release?

Why doesn't happen consistantly?

While I'm on the subject of bugs, has there been any progress on the E1
signalling bug?
