RE: (PM) "F4" status?

F4 state: Fault condition No. 3
This fault state corresponds to fault condition FC3.
Network timing is not available at the user side.
The user side detects AIS.
The user side transmits to the network side operational frames with
associated CRC bits and RAI

Basically, The PM is not receiving any frames on the PRI, but the Cable is
plugged in.
Call the telco out.
If this has just occured, you have probably been having all sorts of modem
problems up till now.
There is a bad connection somewhere between you and the exchange.
