(PM) DSL and Dialup...

Has anyone tried running 48 dialup lines (PM3) of a DSL line? We need a
temporary quick fix for expansion until we move into our new facility and
are going to colocate a PM3 in an Ameritech building. Should we just use
frac T1, or can a DSL line work?
