(PM) PM2e and USR 28.8/33.6's

Hi,
We recently switched over a bunch of our analogs to a PM2e30 and I've been
wrestling with getting them to answer reliably. Anyone have the ultimate
init. string to use with these things? I tried the archives but that's like
trying to find a needle in a haystack...
