Yes, that's a bug in ComOS which Lucent refuses to fix and gives us the
really annoying answer of "put in a filter". There shouldn't be a filter
needed.... Anyway, to solve this, create a filter:

add filter ether.out
set filter ether.out 1 deny 0.0.0.0/0 x.x.x.x/xx
set iflter ether.out 2 permit 0.0.0.0/0 0.0.0.0/0
set ether0 ofilter ether.out

Replace x.x.x.x/xx with the network address and size of your dialup pool,
f.e. 192.168.10.128/26 will block 64 addresses, starting at
192.168.10.128, to send traffic out of your ethernet.
