My location table given below,
olc-pm5> sh loc shr
Location: shr Type: Manual
Destination: 10.1.2.1 Netmask: 255.255.255.255
Protocol: PPP Options: Quiet, Analog
Group: 0 Max Ports: 1
Idle Timeout: 2 minutes High Mark: 0 bytes
Mtu: 1500 Async Map: 00000000
Username: xxxx Password:yyyy
Telephone: 32726
where xxxx and yyyy are login and password of the remote machine
When i executed "dial shr -x" iam getting the following results,
sendthem (VRA32726)
expect (=DCD=)
=DCD=got it
S0: Chat Succeeded - Starting PPP
(S0) PPP recv: BAD CRC - mdp M0
(S0) PPP recv: BAD CRC - mdp M0
.
.
S0: Connection Failed
But when i configured the sam location with v25 bis script it works
perfectly,
Location table is shown below,

V25bis Script: Send Command Wait for Reply

Where xxxx and yyy are login and password of the remote host... Why iam
not able to establish using the first location table....?
Als i have observed that it dials out to analog modem even if i disabled
on the location table....(set loc ana off)
