You can set the filter up in ChoiceNet but for E-mail only accounts it's
probably just as easy to do it on the PM as your mail and DNS servers will
probably not be changing all that much. You can use the password file but
You still need a RADIUS entry (This is basic and still needs a few things
but you should get the idea):

DEFAULT Auth-Type=System, Group="mailonly"
Service-Type=Framed-User
Framed-Protocol=PPP
Filter-Id = "mail"
