Apparently, everything is okay with forward and reverse name service. I
tried an NSLOOKUP with both the IP address and the domain name and both
resolved properly.
Thanks for the idea though.

Are you providing forward and reverse name service for the IPs used in the
PM2e's IP pool? [And, pardon the obvious, the two lookup should produce
matching results.]
