I have noticed on my system that the FLEX connections start at 50k,
about the same as before, but over time they drop by 2k/time and then
after 4 days it ends up at around 34k and retrains every 15 seconds.....
hanging up and ringing back in fixes it. this didnt happen on 3.8.2
