I'd have to agree. Remember that a lot of this stuff is phone line
related, and regardless of what you have on your end, you're dealing
with the customer's phone lines as well. That said, also keep in mind
that we're talking about upgrades designed to address certain needs, not
some brand new technology that will revolutionize all of our
connections. You'll find certain modems have improved, but a global
burst of speed increases isn't going to happen.;
