(PMOD) RE: (PM) Modem slow-down with 3.8.2c2

Hello
I think what might be happening is that the client modems were mistakenly
thinking the line was V90 capable when it was not, the PM now detects V34
earlier.
Apparently it is not possible to move from V90 to V34 during a call.
This is what I understand from the release notes
I could be wrong though.
