(PMOD) Supra Express 56 sp on Mac

Im running the latest code on PM3 c2. I have a user with the supra
express sp on Mac os 8.51. He usually connects at 42K, with about 1
reneg and 1 retrain every 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, also when downloading
files he will start out with 2 to 4 Kpersec download and when he hits
about 1 meg downloaded it starts to slow down till he gets to about 400
b/sec. Then disconnects. Does any one have any ideas on this modem.
