I am fairly new to all of this, so please excuse my inexperience. I was
wondering if someone could tell me, or direct me to a location where I
could find out the value of a modem's ATI... information. Which ATI's are
the valuable ones, and what information should I be looking to make use of?
It's all a foreign language to me. I'm looking for a way to possibly use
some of this information to help customers that may be experiencing
difficulties. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I also have a question about a particular problem that we are having. One
of our customers only connects at 16800 baud with his USR Internal Modem,
product #00568500. His maximum speed is set to 115,200. He claims that he
has the latest V.90. I have been over his configurations, and can't for
the life of me figure out why he is getting such slow connect rates. I
tried to have him disable the X2 using the S32=34 init $ but it had not
effect. Any suggestions?
