Its always an option.
If you have to, give your customer a trade in on a lucent lt win modem
at cost on a moneyback guarantee.
End of complaints and you've kept a customer that probably cost you
$100 in advertising to bring in.
If it doesn't work, you get your modem back and it hasn't cost you
anything.
