Was working fine ... hmm, anything changed in the environment?
Did they install any programs that reside in the background?
Do they have findfast disabled?
How does it work if the modem is the only device on the phone line?
Tried limiting connect ceiling (http://www.808hi.com/56k)

This shouldn't be too bad, I know the 7.63 build is crap to connect to us.
