We have call waiting on our line, and disable it with *70,, but if I call
the line with my cell phone, my connection is disconnected. I run a window
pinging our web server and as soon as I make the call with the cell
phone, I get a request timed out. So it may be that it causes a retrain
that the HSP cannot recover from.

We are using a HSP type modem manufactured by esstech.com. I can't find a
way to fix this.

My old Microcom 28.8 just goes on with it's connection without a problem.
