You can see for yourself:

1) Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Modems
2) Select the modem and click Properties
3) Click the Connection tab
4) Click the Advanced button
5) Click the checkbox marked "Record a log file"
6) Click OK in all windows

This will record a log of everything DUN sends to the modem, and
everything it gets back, such as AT commands and their responses. The
file is usually located in c:\windows\modemlog.txt.
