Yeah just specify everyone as Nas-Port-Type = Async in hte users file,
then if they buy ISDN acces just remove that off of there. Here is what
mine look like.
user11 Password = "UNIX", NAS-Port-Type = Async <------28.8
user
user12 Password = "UNIX", NAS-Port-Type = Async "
"
user13 Password = "UNIX", NAS-Port-Type = Async "
"
user14 Password = "UNIX" <------ ISDN
user
user15 Password = "UNIX", NAS-Port-Type = Async <------28.8
user again
