The PM is not going to talk to any IP but the one you configured. If
you are claiming it is *sending* RADIUS packets to a different IP, please
show the traces of that - I don't believe it.

Sounds like the OS, it isn't the PM and it isn't the RADIUS server's
place to determine the IP it uses.

That isn't RADIUS' job - the OS handles the IP and sockets. Multihoming
a machine can up the complexity. Talk to the OS vendor.
