(RADIUS) radius client examples

I am new to RADIUS, trying to implement a client, on winnt, talking to
RADIUS server, anybody know any client examples out there? I have
cntradius server on my winnt box. The cyno web site has a SDK, but I don't
understand its encoding format, maybe it is MAC format, if you know how to
unzip that package, please educate me. TIA
