The modems in the PM3 are not likely to be cheap Sportster quality. The
Sportsters do not have flash, and the PM3 modems do. I tried Sportsters
on my BBS and got nothing but complaints. I never even got near
Sportsters for my ISP service.
With Courier modems instead of Sportsters, the price is more like $358.33
per port.
Also, your PM2/Sportster combo won't do ISDN at all. A PM3 will do both
ISDN and analog for $355 a port.
If the analog modems in the PM3 are good, and one of local LEC
competitors has a better rate on PRI, I'll buy one.
