Your are missing something. Most providers when they get abit too large
for the wimpy PacBell (insert any bell here) phone closets in their
buildings are forced to use channelized T1s. Then you have to buy some
form of channel bank (I use Adtrans) at about $4500 a pop for 24 lines.
Calculate that in and you'll see the numbers are quite abit better and
very much worth getting rid of the cablenest!
