Framed-Route's not being used?

I've been trying to use Framed-Route to route a number of IP's to a single serial port with no luck. I've managed to get the routes to work if I add them by hand into the PM's routing table, but I would much rather be able to do it all in RADIUS. I'm including the RADIUS entry below:

One thing about this worth mentioning about this entry is that I have both 204.x.x.x and 206.x.x.x addresses mixed. The PM's address is on the 204.x.x.0 net and I would like to assign the connection addresses from the 206.y.y.0 net (just replace the 204's with a 206's in the entry), but so far I've only had luck using addresses from the 204 net (the 204 and 206 nets are routed to the same ether).

I've dug through every single message about this in the list archive, but so far haven't been able to get this to work (although it appears that many of you have similar setups going)...could someone please give me the magic info to make this thing fly?
