Try this... telnet to one of the Hayes modems (or attach) then DIAL OUT
with it to the first hayes test modem and see if you get a 28800/115200
connect.
It may NOT be locking the baud rate at 115200. There is an S register to
do this. See Hayes' Wb site for more info on this.
