IRX-111 asynchrone modem S0

I'm working with a IRX-111 with S0 as asynchoon uplink.
The machine reboots up to 4 times a day.
In the SYSLOG the following message is written:

Sep 18 11:05:12 6E:EX_router system: restarted
Sep 18 11:05:56 6E:EX_router dialnet: port S0 connection succeeded dest
utr99.NL.net

I've been recently updated to ComOS 3.2.1R.
Now the machine reboots up to 14 times a day !
Of course I can get back to my old version of ComOS, but that only half a
solution, the machine will still be rebooting 4 times a day.
Can anyone help me, please ?
