problems with bitsufr pro resolved (finally!)

After many go rounds with Motorola technical support, and two months of
waiting, there is finally a revision of the flash for the Bitsurfr Pro
which works well with the portmaster.

As some of you already know, motorola released a beta version of revH of
the roms for the bspro about a month ago. Although this kept the bspro
from 'rebooting' during 2b connections with the portmaster, they broke some
other things (most notably ACO, so incoming calls would get busies if you
were using 2B).

Revision J was just now released, and passed all my tests with flying colors.
