I've seen this when our T1 feed to the net goes down. I figured it was a DNS
thing, but hadn't had time to track it down just yet. (Our radius servers are
on the same LAN as the Portmasters, so there should be no need for the T1
being present, other than DNS accesses). I've never tried rebooting though;
when the T1 comes back, everthing seems to work fine. If I find out any
more, I'll post it.
