Same here.. when out T1 goes down, users can't connect. The strange thing
is that it only happens when it goes down from the other end. If I unplug
the router, the T1 cable, turn off the router or put the T1 in loop-back,
logins still work. Makes it hard to track down when I can't cause the
problem, and Livingston didn't have any ideas either. We use Sprint and
Cisco.
