What's happening

I just installed my newly repaired PM2E. I am finding something very
strange. When a user is logged in and I look at the port with my PM
windows program, the timeout section which should read 15, now read 99
days!
Why is this happening? The system was shipped back to me with 3.3.2 OS
installed.
