You mean the input and output byte counts on the W1 port stayed at zero (0)?
What kind of error counts are you seeing? Is this PPP or frame relay?

Yeah. It is very annoying. What happens if you reset the cisco interface?

Anything is possible. The reset of the port does restart the negotiation
process on the link. I can't remember how long th PM will try to establish
a connection before it quits.
