EXACTLY, ISDN is a switched service. It was never intended (and =
the infrasturcture is not designed for) full time connections. =
That is what private lines are for that have dedicated facilities.=20=

You may bitch and scream about the telco's, but hey, you are more =
than free to go build your own network.=20
