The way the PM3 allocates IP addresses is basically a two step process. One, it looks to see the total number of ports configured for network dial-in at boot. Second it looks to see the number configured thru the set pool command. Starting with the assigned base address, it counts up.

I believe the broadcast happens automatically, no configuration necessary.
