Yes, to both. For the former, my N2H2 patches do that. For the latter,
Leo Savage's ESVA patched do it. I have been using both on RADIUS 2.0
(well, 1.18b5 or something) for many months now. I haven't checked to
make sure they don't interfere with all of the new RADIUS 2.0 things, but
for what I use, they work fine.
