Check for stale telnet sessions by typing show netcon....
Reset any connections that are stale by typing "reset n#" where # is the
handle from the first column of the show netcon output.

Admin telnets will show up as .23 on the netcon output.

Note: I use pmwho and pmcom as well and sometimes see this behavior when I
am absolutelty _positive_ that there is only 1 active and 0 stale sessions.
