PM3 and multiple PRIs

We are migrating one of our POPs from 64 modems (PM2e's) to three PRI's
(PM3's).

Questions:

1) The local telco said that because we will have three PRI's with only one
phone number (that is correct, one big hunt group), we need to order one
PRI with 23B = 1D, and the other two 24B. How will having multiple PM3's
come into play with this?

2) Any plans for Multi-Chassis ML PPP ?
