I disagree completely. I have never dealt with as professional a team as
the Livingston tech support. I especially appreciated the help that I got
a few weeks ago from a pair of guys (sorry, I forgot your names!). I did
my best to explain my problem, they telnetted in, did some checking, and
in less than 1/2 hour my entire problem was solved. If this is below the
norm for the industry, well, this is a pretty good industry to be in.
