Most likely they have the B's setup to each allow TWO CSD/CSV connections
per B channel. (CSD/V is Call Switched Data/Voice). For a hunt to work
properly they MUST be setup for only ONE CSD/CSV. Call Telco.

On the PM, I've found that the "directory" entry seems to have absolutely
no effect no matter what I put in it - works to leave it blank here.
