Thanks, I'll try to get the telco rep to understand this, it's not easy,
even tho Bell Canada has setup a group just for ISPs they are still to
green to be very usefull.

I have one case where it's very important.
Port S12 and S13 in a B with the B in S12 set to forward on bussy to S13.
User is calling number that belongs to S13. The call ends up on S12 where PM
rejects the call with "invalid ref."
When the directory number is added to S13 (left blank on S12) the call
connects with out any problem.
The phone switch is DMS-100 with National-1 and the user is using
Gandalf 5242i router (I hate them).
